As a user, you can:

  • Get contextual content recommendations based on the products included in the opportunity, from sources like SharePoint.

  • Leverage the Copilot prompts for easy retrieval of product-specific content.

 

Improve productivity by using Copilot in Dynamics 365

Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales is an AI assistant for users who want to leverage insights and streamlined workflows to effectively manage their sales activities, nurture customer relationships, and achieve sales success. With this feature, users can use Copilot to make use of the sales skills available for improving their productivity.

 

Feature Details

You can instruct Copilot to:

  • Summarize lead and opportunities records.

  • List recent changes to lead and opportunity records.

  • Prepare you for a meeting.

  • Provide email assistance.

  • Get the latest news about a client.
