Opportunity Pipeline Not Showing

In Engage, the Opportunity Pipeline sits at the top of the Opportunity record. This helps track the Opportunity sales process through each stage and throughout the entire pipeline process. The Opportunity sales process is a powerful tool for driving sales effectiveness, improving customer relationships, and maximizing revenue potential for businesses. To learn more about Opportunities in Engage, see this article.

 

 


Make the Opportunity Pipeline Visible

Occasionally, you may notice an Opportunity record does not show the Pipeline while another record does show the Pipeline.  

 

If this is the case, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Open the internet browser you are using. We recommend using Google Chrome

  2. Go to the browser settings and clear cache & cookies by selecting Delete Browsing Data

  3. In Engage, re-enable the Sales Process:

          a.     Open the affected Opportunity record

          b.     Select the ellipses in the menu ribbon and select Process

          c.     Select Switch Process

          d.     Select the Opportunity Sales Process and select OK

     

     

    Now, the Opportunity Sales Process shows on the record.
