Engage allows you to edit and save Views to personalize your experience. Rarely, you may see an error message when saving a View after modifying it.
This can happen for several reasons, but the most common solution is to clear the cookies and cache on your internet browser.
Clear Cookies and Site Data from Internet Browser
Follow these steps to help resolve the error.
1. Open a new Edge browser window. Click the ellipses and select Settings
2. Select Cookies and site permissions
3. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data
d. Select See all cookies and site data
e. Click Remove all
If clearing cookies and cache does not resolve the issue, continue with the following steps:

Close all open Tabs, Extensions, and Apps

Ensure Microsoft Edge is up to date with the latest version

Reopen the browser

Re-create and Save the View in Engage
Note: We recommend the Google Chrome browser. Clearing Cache & Cookies is still important on Chrome.
