One of the best ways to voice your suggestions and ideas is through our Service ticketing system. See below how to enter a ticket to submit your product ideas effectively. Note: Only designated support contacts can submit tickets.

 

1. Follow the details in this article to log in and enter a Service ticket.

2. Select the Category of Engage - Product Ideas.

3. Enter a Subject and Message. 

  • When submitting your product idea, be sure to provide as much detail as possible. Describe the problem your idea solves or the improvement it brings to existing features. Explain where in the platform you are experiencing the problem or concern. Include any relevant examples or scenarios to illustrate your idea. 

4. Attach Supporting Materials.

  • If you have any supporting information such as print screens, diagrams, or mockups, please attach them to your ticket. Visual aids can help convey your idea clearly and increase understanding by our team. 

5. Click Submit. 

6. Once submitted, you will see the ticket in your account/portal.

  • Be Specific. Clearly explain your idea and its potential benefits.
  • Provide context. Explain the problem or need your idea addresses.
  • Offer Solutions. If possible, suggest specific solutions or approaches to the problem.
