Templates hold the settings and steps that are copied to create new Workflows. Templates provide consistency, ensuring the process remains the same between teams or different locations. This is crucial for maintaining quality and standards for your business processes. We have created five Salentica default Workflow Templates for you to get started with in Workflow Manager. You can use the existing templates or use them as a springboard to create your own templates, unique to your business process. Administrators can access Engage Settings to view and edit the Workflow Templates. Administrators may want to edit the Assignee for each Step of the Workflow Templates prior to use. See the default settings below that will copy from the Workflow Templates to the Workflows via the Workflow Launcher.
Included in Workflow Manager are five preconfigured Workflow Templates:
- Account Opening - Standard
- Client Onboarding - Standard
- Deposit - Standard
- Risk Tolerance Update
- Withdrawal - Standard
To navigate to the Workflow Templates, you must have the correct permissions for your user.
1. Go to the bottom left to change the area and select Engage Settings.
2. Under Workflow Manager Settings, click Workflow Templates.
3. Click on a Workflow Template Name (i.e. Account Opening - Standard).
4. View the Workflow Template Details.
5. Be sure to click Save if you make any changes.
