What Version of Engage Am I Using?

Here at Salentica, our Product Team is constantly working on creating new features and making enhancements within Engage. These updates improve functionality as well as provide greater efficiencies to your business. In order to take advantage of the latest and greatest updates available, you'll want to upgrade your Engage system. Reach out to our Support Team and let them know you're ready to upgrade and they can assist you with the process.


Below are instructions for checking the version of Engage you are currently running. We recommend staying within two versions of the most current version to keep your system up to date. The latest version is, which means your version should be or greater. If your version is greater than two versions older, please enter a ticket to Professional Services. 


Check Your Version of Engage


1. Log into Power Apps at Select the Environment you want to verify.

2. Click Solutions

3. Use the search box to search for the solution "Salentica Engage" and check the version column for the version number. Older versions may show month/year for the version and are a good indication an upgrade is needed.
