We are seeing jobs trigger and process as expected across clients who were impacted and the rest of the Data Broker jobs across our client base appear to be running as expected as well. We are continuing to monitor this, but we are confident that data jobs will process as expected moving forward.

Based on the progress with yesterday's jobs completing, albeit in a delayed manner, we are seeing positive progress towards data jobs revert back to their expected state. We are continuing to monitor the data jobs throughout the day today.

 

We are still seeing cases where Data Broker jobs that update calculated fields through Chronos are not triggering as expected. These are not widespread and appear to be primarily associated with delays in the data jobs triggering or completing as expected. 

 

If you have already submitted a ticket regarding your Data Broker jobs not completing or not doing so as you expected, we will provide updates as frequently as possible.

We are continuing to monitor jobs to ensure that they process as expected. There are still a number of data jobs that did not process in the timely manner that we would expect. However, the majority of these did complete in the afternoon between 3 and 5 pm ET.

Due to delays in completing Data Broker jobs yesterday, a number of them were restarted throughout yesterday afternoon and this morning but there are delays with them completing. Our internal teams are continuing to assess this to ensure that we can process these jobs based on the available capacity.

Chronos did not run for Data Broker as expected. Our Internal teams are re-kicking off these services and we will continue to monitor these jobs throughout the day. We should be running at full capacity tomorrow morning.
