Salentica University, powered by WalkMe, is a browser extension that offers users training tutorials and on-screen guidance at the moment of need, right in their Salentica Engage environment. With simple step-by-step instructions provided in real time, users are guided through daily processes, such as how to add a Contact or log an Activity. 

Salentica University includes a helpful menu of tutorials, learning paths, and additional resources for users. 

Salentica University Menu 

The Salentica University menu allows users to search for specific topics to receive assistance on. 

1. Select the Salentica University launch button at the bottom of the screen. 

2. Select a category and choose a topic, or use the search box in the top of the menu.

3. Once a topic is selected, on-screen guidance will begin or a resource will appear. 

Salentica University Learning Paths 

In addition to a menu, Salentica University has learning paths to provide users with an introduction to Engage and overview of best practices. 

1. Select the Salentica University launch button at the bottom of the screen.

2. Select Learning Paths at the bottom of the menu 

3. Choose a learning path from the course list. Each learning path consists of lessons made up of on-screen guidance and additional resources to help users get started in Engage.
