Copilot is a Microsoft AI assistant in Engage that enhances firms' productivity and efficiency in their daily tasks. Through the chat interface, you see summaries of your opportunity and lead records, stay updated on recent changes, and prepare for meetings. You can interact with Copilot using natural language or select from predefined prompts to retrieve the information you need.

According to a recent survey on business trends, nearly 90% of workers want to use AI to reduce repetitive tasks in their jobs. Copilot enables organizations to equip their teams with AI tools designed to assist in your pipeline, customer service, and operations. These AI capabilities help teams focus more on the best aspects of their jobs and less on mundane tasks.

Engage has always been an essential source of client and business data. Copilot makes time-consuming tasks like manual data entry, content creation, and notetaking more efficient for users. Copilot leverages the latest advancements in generative AI to automate these tedious processes, freeing up your team's creativity. By putting Engage to work for you, Copilot accelerates innovation and enhances business outcomes across all areas of your organization. Copilot is something that Microsoft is constantly making updates to, through their Wave Releases. Keep an eye on those release notes for additional capabilities being incorporated into Copilot!

Record Summarization

Record Summarization provides a quick overview of your opportunity and lead records, with Copilot generating summaries based on predefined fields. System Administrators can modify the fields used for these summaries. It's important to align with your entire team on the top 10 fields that are most relevant to your business.

Recent Changes

To help you stay on top of your pipeline, Copilot summarizes changes made to your lead and opportunity records. Copilot generates the list of recent changes based on the record's audit history. System Administrators can change the fields included in the recent changes list. Ensure that the entire team agrees on the top 10 fields that are most relevant to your firm. Auditing must be turned on for the entity and you must have access to the Audit History.
