In Engage, the Audit History allows you to view changes made to records over time. Audit History on records can help provide a historical data log, troubleshoot issues, and improve data quality. Audit History logs are valuable for managing and effectively securing data.
System Administrators must first enable auditing for an Entity to view the record’s Audit History. By default, Auditing is started on a lot of entities, including: Relationship, Contact, Lead, Portfolio, Financial Accounts, Product, Task, User, etc. To learn how to enable Auditing, check out this article.
