This release will happen automatically and does not require a package or solution update from your firm. Note: Under certain circumstances, some firms may notice duplicate accounts. If that does occur, please enter a ticket with our Support Team. 

 

Features

Black Diamond

  • The first foundational updates for Bulk Update of Contacts from Engage into Black Diamond will be built into Skyline. We will release updates in installments and all three installments will be necessary for the bulk update to function. This is the first installment which will change the format of the Salentica External ID. All three installments necessary for Bulk Update of Contacts are expected to be released by January 2024.

 

Here is a model of what the new External ID may look like with this update.

Innotrust

  • The first foundational updates for Bulk Update of Contacts from CRM into Innotrust will be built into Skyline. We will release updates in installments and all three installments will be necessary for the bulk update to function. This is the first installment.

Fixes

Multiple Integrations

  • Resolved an issue with scheduled jobs not running for Orion, Tamarac, and the Chronos service in Engage.
  • Resolved an issue with records without an external ID being duplicated. For example, a financial account created first in CRM and then imported from the Portfolio Management System or Portfolio Accounting System might be duplicated as there was no External ID stamped upon the creation of the account. Duplicates will no longer be created if there is no External ID on a record.

Black Diamond

  • Black Diamond bulk data loads will no longer run on holidays (US Market-based holidays).

Schwab (Beta)

  • Resolved an issue with multiple bulk data integrations on a single record. Previously, the Schwab integration created duplicate records of accounts already feeding in from the Portfolio Management System (PMS). It will now only update the accounts that are feeding in from the PMS.
