Companies on Deals

Companies allow you to track details related to companies your firm works with whether you are interested in acquiring the company itself, or acquiring an investment from the company. These can also include vendors, COIs, and employers. You can track your InTouch, Due Diligence, Documents & Contracts, and Activities like emails and phone calls, all in one place.

Where can I see Companies?

To access Companies go to Menu > Clients > Companies. You will see a list of Company - Investment Pipeline, which is filtered to show Deals related records, or other views that you or your firm create. Each view is searchable, sortable, and filterable. To view specific details of a company, click the Name.
