Do you need to know what role is assigned to a user or when a user logged in? If you need to see a list of users and their assigned roles, you can run the User Summary Report. This report makes it easy to see which user has which role and to compare users and their roles. Complimenting the User Summary Report is the Audit Summary View, which provides a timestamp of when users have accessed the system. See the instructions for running accessing the report and the view below.
Access the User Summary Report
1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
2. Select the drop-down arrow next to Settings and select Security.
3. Select Users.
4. Select Run Report and then User Summary.
5. The report will generate with Users listed in the first column. Along the top of the report, each security role is listed. The report can be printed and Saved as an Excel spreadsheet or Word document.
Access the Audit Summary View
1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings.
2. Select the drop-down arrow next to Settings and select Auditing.
3. Select Audit Summary View.
4. You will see the Audit Summary View.
5. To view only login events, click the dropdown arrow next to Events and check the box for User Access via Web. Select Ok.
