The Client Onboarding - Standard workflow is a four task process that is resolved once all needed paperwork for the new client has been submitted to Compliance and the Custodian, your internal systems have been updated with the changes, and all tasks have been tagged as completed.
Relationship Team members required in Workflow: Client Service Associate
Step 1:
First task is created, called "Create Internal Documents & Compliance", and it is assigned to the Client Service Associate. It is expected the client service associate creates and completes all required internal and compliance documents based on internal processes.

Step 2:
Second task is created, called "Create External Documents", and is assigned to the Client Service Associate. Based on the request, the client service associate is expected to put together the needed documents and documentation required by the custodian to onboard the client.

Step 3:
Third task is created, called "Submit Documentation to Compliance & Custodian", and it is assigned to the Client Service Associate. This task reminds the client service associate to send the completed paperwork to their compliance team and the custodian.

Step 4:
Fourth task is created, called "Update Internal Systems", and it is assigned to the Client Service Associate. This task reminds the client service associate to update the CRM and other internal systems with the new client information information. Once confirmed that all four tasks are completed, the workflow status will update to Complete.
