Occasionally, when a workflow is changed or deactivated, it is possible that your system job will get "stuck" or suspended. You can use Advanced Settings to see these suspended system jobs. To access the suspended jobs, follow the steps listed below.
1. Select the gear icon and then Advanced Settings.
2. Select the dropdown arrow next to Settings. Select System Jobs under System.
3. Click in the View: dropdown and select Suspended System Jobs.
4. Select the dropdown arrow next to More Actions and you have the ability to resume, postpone, pause the workflow, etc.
