Data Integration Logs are easier to read and manage. Warning and error messages are now grouped and displayed on a single line item per message type. 

 

Black Diamond Integration

 

We have improved the error messages displayed when using the Upload to Black Diamond button. You will receive a more specific error message which allows you to take quick action to resolve the issue.

 

 

Trust Integration

 

You now have more flexible options for the data coming from Innotrust into Engage. You can now choose between importing Contacts only, Accounts only, or importing both Contacts and Accounts from Innotrust. Contact our Support Team for assistance with your data feed setup.

Contact Sync

We resolved an issue with the State/Province character requirements that resulted in Contact Sync errors. Data Broker now recognizes multiple State/Province naming formats, whether abbreviations, or full names provided via a dropdown format.

We resolved an issue where the Send Feedback button was displaying, although it was marked as disabled.

We resolved an issue with the Real-Time Control that displayed an error due to a mismatched account number.
