Click (formerly ClickDimensions) is a marketing automation suite designed exclusively for users of the Dynamics 365 platform, including Engage. Like most marketing suites, it is designed to help plan and automate mass communications and social media and relate those activities back to the CRM where appropriate. Features include web forms, email marketing, social media posting, and campaign automation.
